Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is the most intensive level of care at Vancrest. It is provided around the clock. Skilled nursing refers to transitional or rehabilitative care that might follow an illness or surgery such as a joint replacement. Vancrest extends its skilled nursing services by not only providing short-term skilled care but also long-term care, respite care, and hospice care.
Assisted Living
In our Vancrest Assisted Living communities, autonomy, quality of life, and community drive our mission. Assisted living provides personalized help with daily tasks like personal care, medication reminders and housekeeping. Activities throughout the week give plenty of opportunities to be a part of the assisted living community,
Rehabilitation
Therapy Solutions has been providing rehabilitation services to patients in not only long-term care, but also in short-stay rehabilitation, assisted living, private homes and on an outpatient basis for over 10 years.
Home Care
Home care brings skilled care to you. Home health care provides a personalized plan that includes skilled nursing, therapy, medication management, and more. These services can make home a safe place where you can succeed.
